Board Meeting Minutes

Minutes Procedures: The Minutes of each Board of Directors Meeting are transcribed by the Secretary after each meeting. Following that meeting, but prior to the next Board meeting, the Minutes are delivered to the entire Board of Directors for review. Upon acceptance of the Minutes at their next meeting, the Minutes are posted to the web site for review of the Association Membership. The Board of Directors is required to meet four times a year.
