The Board of Directors acts to conduct the business of the CCPOA for the greater good of the Association. These responsibilities include acting in a fiduciary manner to protect assets of the Association while enhancing the community’s environment for the membership, enforcing compliance with the governing documents of the Association, and acting to preserve the value of real property through positive enhancement of the local environment.

Through these efforts, it is our goal to interact with each Member of the Association with a spirit of equality, confidentiality and respect.
