The Block Party was an amazing success! We had around 140 neighbors attend along with many children. Everyone enjoyed the live music, food and dancing. We all appreciate everyone sharing their Saturday to get to know their neighbors and spend time together.
We owe a HUGE thanks to the Social Committee members for their enormous amount of hours of planning and execution, and two in particular who deserve significant recognition are Felicia Hill and Barbara McManus for their leadership and boundless energy. Another huge thanks goes to Bill Elwell for allowing us to borrow his trailer to use as the band stage, Bud Newton for loaning two generators for the band equipment, Brian Maurer and James Newstead for their tireless help in setting up and tearing down of the stage and equipment.
