Step One:
Follow the link below to IMC property management website to set up your account.
Click the “Sign Up” link on the right.
Click on the “I don’t have a portal key or account number” hyperlink.
This will take you to a page where you will enter your email, name, phone number, property address, and association. If you do not know your account number leave that field blank.
Once you submit your “sign-up” request, a member of the IMC team will review your request and email you back within 2 business days.
Step Two:
Once you have received an email with your login follow the link below.
