Annual Property Owners Meeting
Cimarron Country’s Annual Property Owners meeting will be held at the KC Event Center (2655 FM 1488) on May 19, 2024. Doors open at 2:30PM, meeting from 3:00-5:00PM, Social & Clean-up 5:00-5:30PM. We would like to invite all of our property owners to attend. If you have any questions about the meeting please reach out to our President;

Meeting Information
Cimarron Country POA now offers all of our monthly Board of Directors meetings via online Microsoft “Teams” software, usually with video, but sometimes only with audio, depending on Wi-Fi availability at our live meeting location. Meetings are typically scheduled on the first Tuesday of each month and are held at a Director’s home. Lot owners may participate via computer, iPad, or smartphone, and sometimes in person, based on space availability. Owners may call in to listen to the Open Session of the meeting (the Executive Session is only attended by Directors), or may participate with video, and are generally offered three minutes of time, near the end of the meeting, to make a statement or ask a question. If you have a specific legal, financial, or policy issue to address with the Board, which will exceed three minutes of discussion, please reach out to IMC at least 72 hours prior with your subject matter so they can place you on the BOD agenda.
